Myrtillocactus geometrizans, also known as the blue candle cactus or garambullo, is a large, branching, columnar cactus native to Mexico. It can grow up to 15 ft tall and 17 ft wide in the wild, with candelabra-like stems that branch upwards. The stems have a blue sheen that fades over time, and larger specimens can develop thick, woody trunks. In spring, it produces small, greenish flowers that turn into edible, dark red, oblong fruits called garambullos.
